Cross-functional teams are a must to deliver any tech product. You need to have engineers/devs writing the code that designers created, orchestrated by product teams, supported by numerous other roles: all in service of users - and solving user problems. However, friction often arises between these diverse teams - derailing product delivery and negatively impacting user experience. In this talk, we will try to understand the fundamentals of communications between these teams; and discuss a couple of tools and models to optimize their flow.
