What are the biggest threats faced by technology leaders?

I was driving a TESLA Model 3 today. What a ride! The quietness, acceleration, and road handling are fantastic. But something else blew me away.

The minimalist and functional design makes my current car feel like Windows 3.11 from the early 90s. That's what I like about this vehicle. As a technologist and innovator, I should have caught on earlier. I got lazy.

This laziness is easily one of the biggest threats we are facing as businesses. The speed at which new technologies are available creates a real challenge for CTOs or product designers.

You do not engineer innovation. It's a by-product and a probabilistic outcome of moving fast and iterating aggressively. Design sprints, continuous deliveries, and data-driven decisions are the foundation of a user-centric approach and today's successful products.

Like EVs with their instant torque electric motors, you must adopt a frictionless software development strategy. And if you cannot do it today, a business-oriented technology partner like INGENO is an excellent option. Every business is now a software business. There's no way around this fact.
